Kiki Porter is a choral conductor, singer, and music educator based in New York City. She is currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Music and Music Education with Initial Teacher Certification at Teachers College, Columbia University. Kiki is passionate about helping students develop healthy, confident voices while fostering creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of music.


Recent performances include Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Butler University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Oberlin Conservatory.


Kiki Porter taught singers of various ages in both classroom and ensemble settings and currently works with the Metropolitan Opera Children's Chorus and Every Voice Choirs. As an active conductor and performer, she brings practical experience in vocal technique, musicianship, performance preparation, and choral singing to every lesson.


As an educator, Kiki believes every student learns differently and tailors each lesson to meet individual goals, interests, and learning styles. She creates a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and growing as musicians. Whether a student is preparing for auditions, building vocal confidence, or learning music for the first time, Kiki strives to make each lesson engaging, supportive, and rewarding.
